Privacy Policy

This policy explains what FORMA Solutions Group does with the personal data you send through this website. It is written to be read, not to be skimmed past. The Portuguese version at /pt/privacidade.html is the authoritative text for data subjects in Portugal.

01

Who is responsible

FORMA Solutions Group, established in Portugal, is the data controller. For any question about your data, or to exercise any of the rights below, write to info@formasolutionsgroup.com.

02

What we collect

Only what you type into the contact form: name, company, country, email address, operation type, indicative transaction size and your message. The site sets no analytics cookies, no advertising cookies and no tracking pixels, and it loads nothing from third-party servers.

03

Why we use it, and on what basis

To read your enquiry and reply to it, and to keep a record of the exchange if it becomes an operation. The legal basis is the steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries addressed to us.

04

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to an operation are deleted within 24 months. Where an operation follows, the records are kept for as long as the applicable commercial and tax obligations require.

05

Who else sees it

Nobody outside FORMA Solutions Group, except the email and hosting providers that operate our infrastructure, which process the data on our instructions. We do not sell data, we do not share it with advertisers and we do not use it for marketing.

06

Your rights

You may ask for access to your data, its correction or its deletion, ask us to restrict or stop processing it, and ask for it in a portable format. Write to info@formasolutionsgroup.com and we will answer within one month. You may also complain to the Portuguese supervisory authority, the CNPD (cnpd.pt).
