FORMA Solutions was formed around a specific gap: operations that stall or collapse not from lack of interest, but from a lack of structure around who is responsible for what, and when. Our partners bring direct operating experience across trade logistics, cross-border negotiation and institutional strategy, built on different sides of the table and in different regions.
